q: do you repair damaged cabinets?

a: yes. If the damage is able to be repaired with caulk, woodfiller, sanding, etc. If the damage is significant enough, we will discuss if a finish carpenter is needed for larger repairs

q: will your process guarantee zero chipping?

a: no. Any painter that is trying to guarantee this is not truthful. No matter the technique, no matter the promises given, ALL paint jobs will have minor chips and dings over time. This is why you will be given the leftover paint to repair little chips easily

q: will you advise me on color selection?

a: I certainly can! if you desire, i will look at your space with you and help guide you on a selection that will work with your vision and current space. The cabinet coatings I use are able to be color-matched to any brand of paint

q: who will do the actual work?

a: the messy girl herself. cup of coffee in hand, messy bun, and a can of paint!

q: how is cost figured?

a: generally, cost is figured by number of doors/drawers. however, items such as an island, cabinet endcaps, heavily detailed woodwork, can affect the overall cost. one main factor that can affect cost is hardware. if you decide to update hardware but use existing holes, no additional cost is added. however, if you need new holes drilled, filled, hinge jig holes (yes, that’s a thing!), a finish carpenter will handle this aspect of the project for me, resulting in additional cost
